One of only 235 GPPA Appraisers in the United States: Michael Bliss is qualified to conduct appraisals on all personal property, and possesses an extensive background in heavy equipment, farm equipment, machinery, and sporting goods.  GPA certified appraisers are professionals that conduct your appraisals using USPAP guidelines and are the only appraisers that are educated by the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute and area recognized by the Appraisers foundation. We remain steadfast in our efforts to keep up on the latest trends in appraising so that we can offer top quality services to our customers.  In fact, to remain in my designation, I must complete 24 hours of continuing education every three years.  I look forward to using my expertise to help meet your appraisal requests. Expert Witness Services In some cases appraisals must be followed up in court with testimony from the appraiser.  Most GPPA appraisers have some training in this area.  Michael Bliss has an extensive amount of knowledge in most areas that would be of interest to his clients.  WE are also available to any clients for this Expert Witness service even though we have not done an appraisal for that person.  Our business is designed to serve the needs of a vast array of clients and is prepared to act very quickly when the circumstance presents itself.
